Roll Form Group is a leader in the field of cold roll forming and has the capability to service clients in Canada and the U.S.
Roll forming capabilities are complemented by in-line notching and piercing eliminating the need for secondary operations. Roll Form Group manufactures lengths up to 100 ft. in material thickness from 30 gauge sheet steel up to 5/8" plate. Heavy, long and wide sections are our specialty.
Roll Form Group production lines include parts for the architectural building, heavy construction industry and rail and urban transit industries.
The Mississauga, Ontario plant manufactures products such as steel deck and siding, auto rack parts and components for high speed rail passenger cars. This location also specializes in roll forming a wide range of metals including ferrous and non ferrous metals, plain, painted galvanized and stainless steels in thickness from .010" to .300" and widths up to 24". There are many production lines with secondary in-line processing capabilities including piercing, punching and sweeping. Micro processor controls ensure the accurancy of our prepunching and cut off operations. Quality is a major component of every section we roll form. Quality audits are performed on raw materials, in process and finished goods ensuring every product shipped meets the highest standards. Roll Form Group also has the capability to manufacture complex, critical tolerance components for automotive, recreational and other industries. In-line piercing, notching, stamping and welding are available as value-added services.
The Cambridge, Ontario plant produces heavier gauge products such as sheet piling, structural sections, and guiderail through two plants with combined production area of over 170,000 sq. ft. Products range from midsize to some of the biggest sections produced by the roll form industry anywhere.
Sections manufactured are for the residential and commercial building industry. Road and seaport infrastructure, heavy construction, rail and urban transit are our focus.
Building and construction products cover a wide variety of applications such as roof decks and metal cladding. Sheet piling is used as retaining walls for seaways and to control soil erosion. The company has the ability to design 'Custom-Made' solutions to suit your specific needs.
The Nisku, Alberta plant, operates under Omega Joists. Omega is a recognized leader in the design, engineering, manufacturing and supply of open web steel joists used primarily in the commercial and industrial building products industry in Western Canada. Omega also has sales offices in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Calgary, Alberta and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Our new 130,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Iuka, Mississippi started production in June 2007. Situated close to road, rail and water transportation systems, this new facility will have easy access to low-cost steel supply from a number of U.S. steel plants.
We believe this new facility will be able to more effectively service growing demands for our products from the U.S. heartland and Mexico.
