We are pleased to announce that Samuel Manu-Tech Inc. has acquired the assets and all
business operations of Piling Products Inc. located in Green Cove Springs, Florida.
Piling Products is a leader in the Florida sheet piling sales and rental market and
throughout the surrounding southern U.S. states. This acquisition complements Samuel's
existing sheet piling roll forming capabilitiy at its Roll Form Group operations in Iuka,
Mississippi and Cambridge, Ontario, Canada and provides coast-to-coast sales coverage.
Roll Form Group participates in several other key business areas, primarily servicing
the construction and transportation industries.
We will operate this business as Piling Products, a division of the Roll Form Group
(U.S.) Inc. This new relationship will give Piling Products an improved strategic position
in the steel piling market. Piling Products will be able to better serve its customers with
an expanded product line and greater purchasing strength from varied manufacturers. In the
meantime, all operations, management, and staff will continue with business as usual.

and all business operations of Omega Joists Inc. ("Omega"). Omega is a
recognized leader in the design, engineering, manufacturing and supply of open
web steel joists used primarily in the commercial and industrial building
products industry in Western Canada. Omega has manufacturing operations based
in Nisku, Alberta and sales offices in Surrey, British Columbia, Calgary,
Alberta, and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
This acquisition complements Samuel’s existing roll forming capability at its
Roll Form Group operations in Edmonton, Alberta, Mississauga, Cambridge, and
Scarborough, Ontario and in Iuka, Mississippi. Roll Form Group participates in
several key business areas, primarily servicing the transportation and
construction industries.
We will operate this business as Omega Joists, a division of the Roll Form
Group of Samuel Manu-Tech Inc. This acquisition will benefit Omega’s valued
customers, suppliers, and ongoing operations and we look forward to
strengthening all of those relationships as part of the Roll Form Group. In the
